1. What this site currently is
This is a pre-launch page. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and no order can be placed here. Descriptions of pieces, materials, prices, and timelines are indicative and may change before we open. When the store launches, separate terms of sale — covering ordering, payment, shipping, returns, and warranty — will apply to any purchase.
2. Joining the list
When you submit your email address you confirm that it is yours, or that you have permission to use it, and you agree to receive launch-related emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We may remove an address that repeatedly bounces, or that we reasonably believe was submitted without permission.

3. Intellectual property
The Nakshatra name, the mark, and all text, photographs, illustrations, and design on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may view the site and share links to it. Photographs and renderings may not exactly reflect finished pieces, and colour reproduction varies from screen to screen. Precious metal and gemstone prices at launch will reflect market rates at that time.
